Hello all! I hope that everyone had a wonderful weekend!
I have a few prayer requests....
1. My friend David. I sent out a request for his Father several
months ago. His father was in a coma w/ a problem with his brain. No
one expected him to live. God improved his condition and gave him a
few extra months to be with his family. He passed away a couple of
weeks ago. The family is falling apart and they need to see God
desperately. I don't know if any of them are believers, but please
pray that God will use this situation to show His glory to David and his
family....
2. Our Lord knows what we need, when we need it. I had lost touch
with a friend of mine for years and then He brought us back in contact
recently. His timing is perfect and she needed a friend during the
current events in her life. She is recently divorced, her Mother just
came out of surgery for cancer in her colon, among other things. She
came to church with me last night and I can see Him working. Please
pray that He will continue to touch her heart and that I will be able to
discern His will and understand how best to help my friend.
3. My Mother seems to be coming down with a cold. She recently came
out of surgery on her neck and a minor sickness could do a lot of
damage. He has been with her this far and I know that He is not going
to leave her! Please keep her health in your prayers and that God
continues to speed her recovery.
Thank you all
Please pray for Allan, a believer away from the Lord for many years, and
his wife, Nancy. At the end of August last year, their house was robbed
and Allan was shot twice. He was given a 4% chance to live. These many
months later he is still alive, although still at high risk, a
paraplegic, and facing another surgery, delayed because of low blood
pressure.
Allan recognizes that God has answered many prayers and is now praying
himself and asking his family to pray as well. Please join them and us
as we pray for both spiritual and physical healing.
He has experienced such miracles and it's time for a greater miracle
still.
