Angels are ministering spirits. Have you had an experience of angelic help?
How do you discern what is from God or satan?
Thanks,
Shane

On October 28, 1989 a friend and myself were in a sea-side location in a rented car.
While the passenger door was been opened it flew open in a gale force wind and was twisted such that the door would not close. Subsequently in answer to prayer a man appeared immediately and adjusted the door catch so that the door could be closed. From the time of prayer to the time it was adjusted took about 3 minutes.
In that incident the stranger may have been an angel.
In the summer of 1993 I was in a park in another country and just before a man was about to prophesy I saw a hideous and pathetic creature dressed in black about 50 yards away limb / walk between two buildings.
That could have been a fallen angel.
The above experiences were not visions!

How do you discern what is from God or satan? Thanks, Shane Test the Spirits 1 John Chapter 4 (1) Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world. (2) Hereby know ye the Spirit of God: Every spirit that confesseth that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is of God: (3) And every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God: and this is that spirit of antichrist, whereof ye have heard that it should come; and even now already is it in the world.

Just another add on which I came across about angels Undercover Angels And while they looked steadfastly toward heaven as He went up, behold, two men stood by them in white apparel. . . (Acts 1:10 NKJV) It doesn't say how long the two men in white apparel stood there before they spoke. I wonder if, as the experience of Christ's ascension began to fade, the disciples became aware of the presence of these two men. But whether it was just as their attention came back to earth or at the moment the voice of the angels spoke, the timing and provision were perfect. Each step of the way, God has placed His heavenly messengers in strategic places to accomplish His specific purpose. From the angels who guarded the entryway to Eden after the Fall to those celestial beings who ministered to Jesus after the temptation to the angels who will gather out offenders for the furnace of fire in the end times, God's angels are on the job 24/7 to bring about divine destiny among mankind. In fact, we are told that we are constantly surrounded by angels, though we may not be aware: "Be careful. Don't think these little children are worth nothing. I tell you that they have angels in heaven who are always with my Father in heaven." (Matthew 18:10 ICB) Do not forget to entertain strangers, for by so doing some have unwittingly entertained angels. (Hebrews 13:2 NKJV) Rest of article at:- www.planetholy.com/biblestudy/08272003.asp

Someone wrote: "I believe God is a merciful and loving God, and has probably saved us out of more than we will ever realise."
How true, it was only after I was saved that I realized the truth of that statement!
For example, before I was saved I was involved in a car wreck and only suffered a slight glass cut as I extracted myself from the vehicle wreck. The car I driving was hid by a truck / lorry which sheared off the top of the car!
In another incident before being born again ... a rock climbing accident in which I fell at least 30 feet and in which I escaped with my no injury whatsoever!. If the person I was climbing with had not held me I would fallen hundreds of feet! *******
Last night I went to a house meeting and a lady gave her testimony. She mentioned two incidents which are of interest here!
In the first incident she had a fat fire in her chip pan. She picked up the pan to take it outside and was engulfed in flames. An unseen person caused her to roll over and she was not injured.
In the second story she was wearing some special boots and was about to fall off the sidewalk/pavement into the traffic on the road and again an unseen hand prevented her falling.
PSA 91:11 For he shall give his angels charge over thee, to keep thee in all thy ways.

PRISONER PRAYS: ANGEL APPEARS A remarkable account of revival power in a British jail "You ought really to stop dealing drugs now you are a Christian," said prisoner Graham to another 'lifer' recently. Graham, a Jesus Army member, is one of many inmates serving life sentences for murder who have recently found faith in Jesus in British jails. "No way! How am I supposed to get any money then!" the other prisoner replied. Later that day, Graham prayed briefly for the other prisoner. The cells had been locked for the night and it was relatively quiet in the 30 minutes before the prison officers went off duty. As their cells were next to each other, Graham banged on the wall to attract the other prisoner's attention, and shouted that he was praying for him. The next morning, Graham was called to the prison office. There he saw a pile of plastic packets of white powder lying on the table. "Those drugs are nothing to do with me!" he exclaimed. "No, we know that," said an officer. "The prisoner in the cell next to yours called for us. He said you had been praying for him last night, and that he couldn't sleep - he said he saw a 'white ghost' standing at the end of his bed all night. He called for us first thing in the morning, and handed over these drugs, and asked to go into the detox unit to get off heroin. We thought you'd like to know." ******* From:- www.jesus.org.uk/ja/mag_revivalfires_prison3.shtml
