Hello, my name is Eileen Vincent and I am the National Minister of Prayer for Operation Outcry. Would you please send the accompanying e-mail to your network, newsletter, or pulpit to challenge people to pray. As we all use our facilities in one united nation-wide effort to see the scourge of abortion removed from our land, the Lord will give us the victory.

God has sovereignly given us an opportunity to do a work in our day that could change the face of our nation. The Justice Foundation is leading the extensive legal efforts to overturn Roe v. Wade and Doe v. Bolton; the two cases that bought abortion to America . Norma McCorvey who was formally designated "Roe" and Sandra Cano "Doe" have asked the Foundation to represent them as they return to court to open their cases. The magnitude of this action is so huge, but let none of us be daunted; the time has come for the Goliaths to come down. The undertaking is called, Operation Outcry - Silent No More.

This legal battle is a spiritual battle. While the lawyers go to court, I'm looking for an army of prayer warriors who will present their case in the heavenly courtroom in persistent prayer. Good arguments and money are not enough; we are dealing with powerful spiritual forces that will not yield except to concerted believing prayer. This is the time!

Dear Praying Warriors:



Please read this carefully.



We have entered a time that demands intense and focused prayer so in this issue we are giving you the opportunity to organize and get involved in local corporate prayer events. Also you will read of Allan Parkerâ??s call to join with thousands in the nation who will pray and fast until March 2nd. It is a time for faithfulness. God is hearing the cry of His people for an end to legalized abortion.



Allan Parker of The Justice Foundation who is representing Norma McCorvey in her attempt to reverse the Roe v. Wade case which in 1973 made abortion the national law of the land, will stand before a panel of three judges in the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals in New Orleans, LA. and argue this case.



It is so important that you maintain your watch at this time. It is not exaggeration to say that the future spiritual life of the nation is being fought in the heavenlies through your prayers. For too long the church has stood by passively as millions of babies have been killed.



Where previously there was no opposition filed by the State of Texas to The Justice Foundationâ??s motion to overturn the decision in Roe v. Wade, now law professors have filed an opposing motion and are requesting to participate in the oral argument. This motion is now also before the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals and requires the Courtâ??s response.

Important dates and times





Feb 12- March 2nd â?¢ The second call to Pray and Fast from Allan Parker of the Justice Foundation. Consider participating in this call to see Roe v. Wade overturned and for a revival of justice and righteousness in America and for breakthrough in the Supreme Court and the Senate Judiciary Committee. Some will fast certain days others can take the whole time. Please hear the Lord and obey. You can be involved in Godâ??s amazing work and a part of making history happen as

you pray.



If you humble yourself and pray, God will hear from heaven and heal our land.

Now is the appointed time for Roe v. Wade to be overturned! We are in a Kairos time, a time of God given opportunity. Now is the time for revival to come in our land but it will only happen as you, with others, continue to take your place in the battle of prayer.

March 2nd 2004 at 1:20 â?? 1:40pm CST â?¢ Oral Argument before the Court.



Take note of this date and time and, wherever you are, pray specifically during this time for Godâ??s will to be accomplished in the court. If you can gather with others, do so. We want Allan Parker and his team to know that all over the nation there are those who are holding up his hands in this spiritual battle.



If you live in or near New Orleans would you kindly consider going at your own convenience on any dates between today and March 1st to the US 5th Circuit Court of Appeals and praying there in an unobtrusive manner. Ask the Lord to give you revelation and insight for your prayer. We would ask that no one draw attention to themselves, go in ones and twos.



It is time to make scriptural declarations. As you speak, declare and pray these words in faith. As you do so, the Word of God is being established.

This is what the Lord says:

I will make justice the measuring line and righteousness the level: then hail will sweep away the refuge of lies and waters will overflow the secret place,

Your covenant with death will be annulled, And your agreement with Sheol will not standâ?¦..Isa. 28:17, 18.

Indeed I have spoken it, I will also bring it to pass. I have purposed it, I will also do it. Isa. 46: 11. and Isa. 55: 11.

God is in charge. Praise Him!



These requests are extremely urgent. Please be diligent in Prayer. America is being changed while we pray.

Continue to Pray for Allan Parker, for all the attorneys and staff at The Justice Foundation, for peace, continuing strength and protection for them all from the harassments of the enemy.

Pray for a continuous release of finance towards this huge task.

Pray the wisdom and anointing of God upon Allan Parker and The Justice Foundation staff as they prepare for the oral argument.

Pray for divine favor to be upon the whole team so that everything necessary will be made available to them in a timely manner.
Pray that God will supernaturally anoint Allan Parker for the oral argument and that when he speaks, he will have the tongue like the pen of a ready writer and speak words given by the Holy Spirit. (See Ps. 45:1 & Lk. 21:12-15)



Pray that God will prepare the hearts of the three judges who will hear the argument and that He will direct their decision making like He directs the watercourses. (Prov. 21:1)



Pray that righteousness & justice will prevail and that the 1973 decision in Roe v. Wade will be overturned.

The need for concerted, organized, passionate prayer to cover every aspect of this case will not diminish till we receive a favorable ruling from the U. S. Pray for the Justices of the Supreme Court.



Pray for these Justices by name. Pray blessing upon them. May they sit in their position of authority and discharge Godâ??s justice.

Pray that the fear of the Lord would fall upon the Justices of the U.S. Supreme Court. Pray that they will DO God's justice. Pray that no more law will be made to accommodate our sin.

"It is not in the human or legal interest of any mother to kill her own child. A mother's true interest is in her child's life and her relationship with her child. Roe v. Wade should be overturned."

From this same site you can download Affidavit forms to be filled in by those who have had an abortion. Please help to get as many affidavits as possible.
