According to the info available... Audio Recorder Pro is an useful real-time audio recording software that lets you record any sounds from your sound card and save the recording directly into MP3, OGG or WAV files. It's fast and easy to use! www.ezaudiorecorder.com/download.htm... after unpacking this software found it is a trial version for 15 days and only allows clips 1 minute long to be produced!

Next Experiment Recently I downloaded the free sound recorder from: www.polderbits.com/and installed it on a PC system ( with Windows 2000 professional plus SP4 installed. ) After doing one recording with Polderbits** from cassette to MP3 file the sound output shut off. In other words the sound from the line out and loud speaker stopped working! Have itunes, media jukebox and windows media software also installed. Any suggestions? ---------------------------------------------- ** This sound recorder gives a 14 day trial and it appears there are no restictions on the length of audio clip processed.

P. S. Just for the record. When I deleted the PolderbitS Software after the 14 day trial the sound was still shut off on the my computer!
More recently got sound working again by going into the control panel -> sound and multimedia-> audio-> click volume-> make sure none of the controls are muted.

change sound settings go into windows once started up booted up machine goto run on start menu and type winsetup then display of config.sys , win.sys , etc... goto win.ini change pool to =10 then goto C:\windows\system/system.ini and change sound.sys to sound.exe this enables it to be an executable file of which can execute and start up music etc.... in minutes as the drvers takes the xms memory instead of ready on board emms edo etc... memory Next Experiment Recently I downloaded the free sound recorder from: www.polderbits.com/and installed it on a PC system ( with Windows 2000 professional plus SP4 installed. ) After doing one recording with Polderbits** from cassette to MP3 file the sound output shut off.
